The 105-095001-01 is a motion control card made by Pacific Scientific. It is one of the motion control cards in the 105 series. The card is very easy to use and a very low budget solution for applications with single and multi-axis motion control. The 105 Motion Control Card Series can support up to four motion control axes, four optical encoder inputs, eight TTL / CMOS compatible outputs, optional analog inputs, and eight TTL / CMOS compatible inputs. There are different ways to control the module.

One of the ways is through the external control mode. Here, the external host (PLC, micro-controller or PC) sends commands using the RS-232 serial port to the controller. The incoming commands are processed and performed by the controller, which responds with correct messages. The other way to control the module is through the control panel. The supplied easy-to-use control panel software enables the user to set up the module quickly. It is possible to move the mechanism to variable positions through the trackball/joystick or by pressing the control panel’s corresponding buttons.
