Computerized Numeric Control has become more precise and more accurate, thanks to smart CNC boards that showcase hybrid technology. Over the years, Okuma has introduced state-of-the-art CNC systems, like OPUS 5000, 5000 II and OPUS 7000 systems. The part number E4809-770-065-D is an integral component of the OPUS 7000 systems.

The E4809-770-065-D is a SVCII Drive Board by Okuma and features BL II-D drive system. The Servo Amplifier PC Board offers 3-axis command-type and also features a SERVO TURRENT drive card. As a component of the OPUS7000, the E4809-770-065-D offers capabilities of both the domains, analog and digital. When it comes to controlling motor components, the servo drive offers exceptional analog control through smooth flow of signal transfer. Whereas, diagnosis capabilities, easy-to-understand interface and commands are the cause of extremely smart software. The E4809-770-065-D offers 7-digit output and 8-digit input for sophisticated command feeding. Moreover, the commands can be fed by means of open-loop mode, simulation mode or closed-loop mode, as offered by the servo drive. The system offers a wide variety of commands, 42 commands to be precise. Then there is a 2500 Vrms optical couple for smooth operation, preventing the host computer from system malfunction or other damages.

The host computer sends instructions to the E4809-770-065-D servo drive at a buffer of 2k Bytes FIFO. The servo drive matches the signal status with actual performance of the servomotor. This superfast processing offers time buffering, and to handle it, the CPU must possess Windows 95, DOS and Windows NT driver.
