Product Description

When it comes to manufacturing control boards, Okuma Corporation has got a vast experience. The Japanese company offers state-of-the-art technology in delivering highly accurate results. The PC boards by Okuma feature quality material, damage-protection, and most importantly, obstacle-free communication across connected devices. The E4809-770-032-3 is a relay board by Okuma Corporation that features quite a few relays and switches for connecting multiple devices, both Input and Output. Plus, it offers real-time controlling across all the individual channels. Going beyond the basics, serving as a voltage management tool, the E4809-770-032-3 also acts as a handy communication port for all the connected devices. The relay board can be connected to a host devices that may be desktop or a laptop. Moreover, it features monitoring and signal protection protocols for safe and smooth transmission of data.

The E4809-770-032-3 relay board features relay switches of 250 Vac / 5 amps each. Plus there is a state-of-the-art monitoring protocol; CSMA (Carrier Sense Multiple Access) that allows continuous data transmission when the relay board is free. As soon as the relay board is inactive, the DAQ module gets activated and starts transmitting data frames. The MA protocol monitors the data transmission and the CD (collision detection) protocol ensures smooth flow of data. The CD protocol allows more reliable data to be transmitted when data frames from 2 or more sources are being transmitted simultaneously. In this way, it minimizes delays.

The E4809-770-032-3 relay board by Okuma features optical isolators that isolate output controls from control signals. To help protect the data from interception there is an auto-roll algorithm. All the components of the relay board are protected by means of transparent case that also keeps other connected devices safe from electric sparks and voltage fluctuations.
