The HZ40A6R521 is a counter micro flex with up to 120VAC/60HZ 0-400. It is easy to read the meter values due to the LCD/LED displays which are provided. The preset counter is done using tachometer functions, which does not need a non-reset.  There is a clear high contrast on the white on black figures, thus making it more visual. It does not need any lubrication. The HZ40A6R521 controller features a scratch-resistant front crystal which helps in the ease of display. The HZ40A6R521 has numerous uses that are unlimited. The controller has close and open switches which control the applications based on the timed schedules. It is ideal for various applications such as Die Casting Testing, Dielectric Heating Machine Tools, Heat Treating Batch Fluid Metering, Molding Presses Batch Mixing, Rubber Curing Industrial Furnaces, etc.  The HZ40A6R521 can be used for basic operations for single cycle-reset timers are used to operate one or more load switches after a time delay started by a push-button, limit switch or similar pilot device.

The HZ40A6R521 offers very high accuracy and stable timing circuits for different intervals. It features a dial calibrated in seconds that enables direct reading in time. The holding circuit has a load circuit action with a pneumatic timer as well. Therefore, you will not experience a delay that is common after energizing the time coil availed by airflow over the adjustable load application.  It offers additional and instantaneous contacts, which is optional and reversible for the OFF delay.
