The VT-HACD-1-11A-V0-1-0-0 is a Digital command value and controller card from the Rexroth Bosch Group. The accessory functions as a command value card to generate, link and standardize signals. The card supports signal linking on both the output as well as the input side. Two signals can be linked on each side. It can also function as a controller card for optional state feedback and control loops featuring a PIDT1 microcontroller. The basic device does not encompass either a bus interface or a valve output stage. The unit offers access to various parameters like position sensors, analog inputs and outputs, control parameters and more.

The card has a front display with keys that assist in diagnosis, along with displaying and modifying parameters. The accessory is designed as a European format printed circuit board fitted on both sides. The size of the accessory is 100 x 160mm. It has 24VDC operating voltage, 4A time-lag fuse rating, and 250mA standby current consumption. The unit comes with six analog inputs and three analog outputs. The controller card can be programmed and set up with the help of the PC BODAC program and does not make use of jumpers. It is compatible with the VT 3002-1-2X/64G open card holder.

The front plate has a height of 5.06 inches while the card has an overall weight of 0.2kg. The storage temperature range of the 11 component series card is between -20°C and +70°C. The connection to the digital command value card must be done using low capacitance cables. The system earth connection must be established using highly flexible copper connectors. The valve position sensor of the card has a 5.7kHz oscillator frequency. The unit supports analog inputs monitoring to check for deviation from the minimum and maximum limits.
