The PPC-R22.1N-N-V2-P1-NN-FW is an advanced motion control unit designed for automation applications in industrial drives. This logic control unit comes with the Reco 02 form factor. For the exchange of data, the Local Reco 02 back-plane bus is used with the device. The control unit is highly capable because of the Visual Motion Logic software. This enables the system to execute motion control applications in the Eco 03 digital drives, IndraDrive drives, and Diax 04 digital drives produced by Rexroth. The connection with digital servo drives is established through the Sercos interface. This model is capable of executing coordinated and non-coordinated motion along several axes. This is possible because of the Visual Motion GPP 10 firmware. Three expansion slots are provided in this control unit that can support three Ethernet connections. Various parameters can be adapted with this device because of the Rexroth Visual Motion Toolkit (VMT) software. The Visual Motion Toolkit facilitates parameterization.

The PPC-R22.1N-N-V2-P1-NN-FW enables efficient motion control management and motion control programming. The device also comes with extensive diagnostics capabilities. To improve the users’ experience, the control unit has been made compatible with the BTV06, BTV04, and BTV05 Human Machine Interface panels. This model supports the installation of several types of Fieldbus Slave Interface Cards. The DeviceNet Fieldbus Interface, Interbus Fieldbus slave interface, and the Profibus Fieldbus slave interface can be installed in this control unit. This device is best suited for conditions where ambient temperatures are between 5 ᵒC and 45 ᵒC. The lightweight device weighs just 1.4 kg and comes with the IP20 standard ingress protection.
