The servo motor has been dynamically balanced in accordance with class R. This motor can be used in different types of industrial equipment where it is used for precise control over the speed. The motor is also used for pick and place applications in the industry. The servo motor supports integration with nibbling machines, woodworking machines, pressing machines for roller feeds, and different types of tool changing systems. The motor’s stator windings have been designed for dissipating maximum heat out of the system. The system also comes with a high overload capacity. Because of the sinusoidal current application and a high resolution feedback system, this model is capable of synchronous operation.

The MDD065B-N-040-N2M-095GA0 comes with a new and improved design that features electronic commutation. When electronic commutation is used in place of a brushed design, the motor is better able to utilize the peak torque. The motor’s peak torque remains available for a wide range of motor speeds. This model has a strong and robust IP 65 standard enclosure that is able to protect the system against the incursion of water jets and against the harmful effects of oil penetration and dust accumulation. The enclosure also offers protection against emulsions and the build up of debris. This model is able to perform exceptionally well in areas where the ambient conditions are tough and the external temperatures are as high as 40 °C. The system has also been protected from high voltage exposure.
