The HDS02.2-W040N-HT76-02-FW controller belongs to the HDS series and DIAX04 product group of drive controllers. This drive controller from Bosch Rexroth should not be used in construction cranes, refinery plants, elevators, or medical equipment. There may be dangerous movements of the product during operation because of defective components or malfunctioning monitoring circuits, encoders, or sensors. The device must always be disconnected from electrical power when it is kept unused for a long time. It should never be used when the temperature is very high or there is extreme temperature fluctuation. The unit must be mounted and installed within a maximum height of 1,000m above the sea level with rated data.

The drive controller features power consumption of 20W for signal processing from a +/-26V source. The product should always be stored in a dry place free of shock and dust. The transportation of this device must be done using shock-absorbing supports if excessive vibrations and shocks are likely to occur during transit. Its components that are prone to damage due to electrostatic discharge should be transported and stored only in conductive packaging. This controller features 15A continuous current at 8kHz. The product must always be mounted vertically on mounting rails with the motor connection at the bottom. These mounting rails are fastened in alternate slots with M5 screws. The ground connection for the device is established using a grounding clip at its lower edge. It is equipped with an H1 display on the front that generates the error messages of the drive along with the SERCOS interface. The unit is checked for insulation and high voltage according to DIN VDE 0160 specifications.
