The modular concept of the Bosch Rexroth Indramat drive enables a flexible combination of AC-drives to create a compact and purpose-built drive package into a single one supply unit. The HDS01.1-W025-D is the first-generation AC drive for electrical automation motors used in industrial applications. This drive controller is designed with embedded electronics, power and a firmware unit to provide dedicated ultrafast resilient response to the electrical motors, necessitating precise control and deep monitoring. Together with MKD, MHD, 1MB and 2AD electrical AC motors, the HDS01.1-W025-D drive is a rapid-response drive, capable of being used in such tasks as machine tools, textile, printing and packaging machines, or in robotics and handling machines.  The product is suitable to be used as servo and main drives for electrical automation motors. The drive controller needs to be programmed accordingly before starting up, so to keep flawless operation of the drive and restrict it to work as specified.  The structure of the HDS01.1-W025-D drive controller is modular. The basic unit is adapted to a respective function by outfitting it with different plug-in modules. The Bosch Rexroth Indramat supplies the drive controllers configured.
The HDS01.1-W025-D drive-controller supports absolute rated current of 25Amperes. The additional Plug-in modules of the driver are, Digital I/O Cards (DEA04.1M, DEA05.1M, DEA06.1M), measuring system interfaces (DEF01.1M, DEF02.1M), integrated controller (CLC-D02.3M) and interface cards (DAK01.1M, DAK02.1M, DSA01.1M). The Digital interface cards are used for a bi-directional date-exchange with a PLC. Each interface has 15 inputs and 16 outputs. The ambient operating temperature is +5 to +45 °C with storage temperature of -30 to +85 °C. The IP10 product protection category is ensured for safety and reliability. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
