The HDS01.1-K015-D made by Rexroth Indramat is designed to monitor and control electrical motors operations in industrial applications. The drive controller has a modular structure with basic units that can be configured with different plug-in modules to perform specific functions as required. A fully configured drive controller has the following components: drive controller - basic unit, command and communications module, software module, optional plug-in modules, and a configuration type plate. The servo drive is suitable for application in; machine tools, textile, printing, packaging machines, robotics, and handling machines. The configuration type plate helps the user identify the modules equipped in the drive controller. In the event of a malfunction, the configuration type plate can also be used to quickly determine which part of the servo drive controller needs replacement or servicing.

The electronic components of the drive controller are powered by a power supply connected via an X1 connector. This X1 connector serves as an internal connection point between the supply unit and the drive controller. The power connection begins at the power supply unit and connects to the drive controller through a flat ribbon cable integrated into the power supply unit. The recommended power cable connection length should not exceed 1 meter.

The HDS01.1-K015-D is used with a RS 232 serial interface to program, parameterize, and diagnose the drive controller during commissioning and servicing. The RS 232 interface makes it possible for; use by a maximum of one participant, a transmission length of up to 15 m, and a transmission rate of 9600/19200 baud. The drive controller is used with a single RS 232 interface and is parameterized with the Drive Top start-up program. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
