The HDD02.2-W016N-HD32-0-N1W drive controller is belonging to the family of the DIAX04 controller family. The drive controller is a rapid-response drive that is suitable for the servo and main drive to control and monitor electric motors. The HDD02.2 drive controller is manufactured for the connection to an HVE or HVR supply module. It comes with the basic unit, software module, additional plug-in terminal, and command communication module, and configuration plate. The drive command card communication has the SERCOS interface that manages operation via optical fibers compatible with the SERCOS-interface control unit.

The HDD02.2-W016N-HD32-01-NW can be installed as the machine tool as well as in printing machines, textile and packaging machines, and also in robotics. The drive controller has a rated current of 40A. It has a peak current of 40A per axis. The drive controller has 10A to 15A per axis continuous current respectively at 4 kHz and 8 kHz. The total power loss of the controller is 110V per axis. It weighs 8 kg. The drive controller power consumption of a signal processing from +/-26V is about 40W. The drive controller comes with a blower for the air circulation in the control cabin or closes housing for cooling the system during operation. The firmware software can also be maintained for the drive but it can be ordered as a separate sub-item for further configuration.

The HDD02.2-W016N-HD32-01-NW drive controller allows the +5°C to +45°C ambient temperature and has the derated data temperature maximum to +55°C, increase can damage the drive operation. The permitted elevation for the driver installation should be a maximum of 1000 meters above sea level. The drive controller falls in class C of insulation as per DIN VDE 01 10.it has IP 10 protection category following DIN 40 050.
