Product Description
Bosch Rexroth dominates the automation world by making driver control systems that are integrated to ensure safety and comprehensive applications for the users. The modular design of the IndraDrive allows various applications thanks to its dynamic system. By having components such as control units, power sections, and motors, you can enjoy a vibrant system that is high in power and sustainable.
One of the incredible driver controllers is the HCS02.1E-W0070 that is designed such that the voltage of the control system is 24V +/- 20% should the motor holding brake be absent. However, if you are supplied with the motor holding breaks, the data on the motor document explains the appropriate range. In most cases, the ideal voltage will be 24%+/- 5% if the cable is less than 5 meters but if the cable is more than 50 meters, then the control system voltage is 26V+/-5%. Bosch recommends that regardless of the cable length, the control system voltage should not exceed 33V for optimum performance.
The HCS02.1E-W0070 allows a connected load of 18Kva and a normal motor power of 11KW. For the mains input continuous current, you should ensure 30A above which the functionality of the appliances can be adversely affected. The normal current for the fuse is 35A meaning that it can withstand high voltages without causing electric damage on your device. The continuous input current to maintain is 28A while the peak current for the HCS02.1E-W0070 driver controller is 70A.
The cables used with HCS02.1E-W0070 are Rexroth shielded power cables for your safety. This may not be the case for all third-party power cables and Rexroth will not be liable in case of electric shocks because of third-party cables.
