Product Description

The DKR03.1-W100N-BE12-01-FW drive controller is designed to monitor and control the operation of electrical motors. It has a current rating of 100A and it is enhanced with a built-in air blower for cooling purposes. Due to possibility of electrical hazards only trained electrical technicians are permitted to install, operate, and service the DKR03 drive controller. Before switching on the power, it is required that all the electrical units within the controller to be grounded. And in case the electrical parts being repaired have a voltage of above 50V, the DKR03.1 drive should be disconnected from the main power supply through the mains contactor, after which one should wait for at least 5 minutes before starting to work on the equipment.

This controller generates electromagnetic and magnetic fields; it should not be operated by personnel wearing hearing aids, pacemakers or metal implants. Overall, it is important to observe the outlined safety precautions and regulations when handling the equipment. The emergency shutdown stop device integrated in the controller should come in handy, in case of any malfunctions when the equipment is in operation.

The power supply for this drive controller must be three phase AC with a voltage range of 400V-480V. DKR03.1-W100N-BE12-01-FW is designed to digitally and intelligently control ADF main spindle AC motors, 1MB frameless motors and LSF linear spindle motors. Generally, the motors controlled by the DKR03.1-W100N-BE12 have a continuous power output of between 10 to 93kW (small scale ac motors). This driver has a design 1 controller which allows for closed-loop command and feedback communication, making it the most effective drive controller available in the market so far.

Additionally, there are a variety of controllers available with varying power ratings this allows the DKR03.1-W100N-BE12 to be customized as per the end-user needs. The basic unit of the drive is also configured to adapt to individual user applications, as it consists of a software unit and auxiliary plug-in provisions U1 to U5 for interface command cards. For cyber security measures FWA-DIAX03 firmware needs to be installed on the drive controller. This firmware is ordered separately as an auxiliary plug-in for your configured DKR03.1-W100N-BE12 drive. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
