Bosch Rexroth provides modern design and development of different motion control equipment such as drive controllers, frequency converters, and servo motors.

The DKR02.1-W300Z-BE11-02-FW model provides maintenance-free operation when used according to the environmental and mounting conditions prescribed by Rexroth Indramat. The DKR02.1 drive controller comes under IP20 protection standard and it provides resistance against 50 mm dust particle but it will not provide any resistance against liquids. The controller should be mounted into the closed control cabinet of at least IP54 protection category and the surrounding air should be free from dust particles and reactive elements. The most common applications of the drive controller are machine tools, printing machines, and handling systems.  The basic unit is equipped with a power rectifier and 5 PCI slots. The controller configuration depends upon its function numeric control and version function numeric control. For indirect position detection, a digital servo and resolver feedback is installed in this unit along with a DSS 02.1M command interface card. The model uses optical fiber cables for performing real-time communication between the controller and the AC motors via the SERCOS interface. The overall weight of the controller is 104 kg, excluding the weight of the bleeder resistor, mounting kit, and blower unit.

The model DKR02.1-W300Z-BE11-02-FW can operate normally under the permissible temperature range of +5 to +45 degree Celsius and it can be mounted at the maximum height of 1000 m/sea level. The bleeder resistor placed in this model generates the maximum braking energy of 240 kWs and it uses a 24 VDC blower for cooling purposes. The rated current required by the DKR02.1 drive controller is 300 A. Firmware for this unit must be ordered separately according to the required configuration. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
