The DDS02.1-W050-DS05-01-FW model is one of the leading digital intelligent drive controllers in the automation industry. The controller is highly recommended by our local and international clients due to its high functional stability and easy configuration. The DDS02.1 drive controller can be customized to execute the specific operations by installing various plug-in modules in the U1 – U5 slots of the drive controller. The firmware must be ordered separately according to the configuration of the drive controller. The firmware contains the operating software and can be installed in the U5 slot of the controller. In this controller, the U1 slot is equipped with a command communication module DSS01.1-FW (SERCOS interface) for performing intelligent communication with other devices and the DEF01.1 module (incremental position interface) is installed in the U2 slot of the drive controller. U3 slot holds the DEF02.1 module and the U4 slot is empty. The firmware module (DSM02.1) contains the operating software of the drive and a barcode is placed on the module. U5 slot holds the firmware module. The controller is suitable to be used with the MDD, MKD, and LAR AC motors.

The model DDS02.1-W050-DS05-01-FW is connected with the main supply unit via a regulated 24 VDC voltage. The controller is designed to be operated under the controlled temperature limit of 0 to +45 degree Celsius, without reduction in drive data. The permissible humidity level of this module is 95%, without condensation. The maximum allowable installation altitude for this DDS controller is 1000 meters above sea level.
