Product Description

The DDS02.1-F150-DA01-00 drive controller from Bosch Rexroth is one of the several such controllers in the DDS product group. The product makes use of a coolant for its cooling action. It has a current rating of 150A. The device uses digital servo feedback for the motor feedback. The unit has a function ID code of 01 and a function ID version code of 00. There is no need to order the firmware as a separate subitem. The firmware is updated continuously so that it functions continuously without having to change the functions. The drive controller comes with a warranty period of one year.

The device makes use of an analog interface as the communications module. The chassis earth connection must have a cross-sectional area of at least 10mm2. Earth loops must be prevented to avoid interference. The motor power cable used to connect the product and the AC motor has three lines to help with connecting the power supply of the motor. The maximum length of the cable is 75m. If the motor has a holding brake, it is controlled by the drive controller. The X1 connector supplies the control electronics needed for the controller. The servomotor feedback and drive controller are connected using the manufacturer’s feedback cables.

The Bb contact of the product closes when the unit is ready to be turned on. The drive controller has a rating plate on the front that provides several details such as type designation, serial number, internal ID and shipping date, week and year. It can be operated at a maximum temperature of 55°C. The unit can be installed within an altitude of 1,000m above sea level. The controller can be used along with the manufacturer’s inductance linear and synchronous motors. The drive controller can be delivered to any address worldwide.
